The Asan Alumni Association is committed to preserving the privacy
of alumni and friends.
Services included are: the Alumni Member Directory, maintained by
the Secretary of the association, used for updating and submitting
contact and other information; My Profile pages and AAA Community
interaction facilities on the AAA website via e-mail lists, batch,
chapter, and other Special Interest Groups as will be decided by ;
AAA Community forums, bulletin boards, and chat, multi-media
gallery; the AAA Resource Center Network, the AAA Volunteer Network,
the online Alumni store, and other alumni benefits as mentioned on
the website at www.asanalumni.org, or other AAA approved
Universal Resource locators (URLs) on the web.
The Alumni Member Directory offers the ability for all alumni to
suppress publication of their data on a field-by-field basis with
some exceptions.
The information on this site will not be used for any commercial or
philanthropic purpose not directly connected with or approved by AAA
nor will the original information or facsimile be given, lent, or
sold to any other individual or organization except by prior written
approval of the committee.
When an alumni subscribes to an e-mail list or provides an e-mail
address for any purpose, his or her e-mail address is recorded. That
address is used for sending out future mailings via e-mail. That
address may also be used for general and/or specific AAA
announcements. The e-mail address of a subscriber will never be
disclosed to a third party voluntarily.
